En Colombia, el gran contraste político, el que más incidencia tiene en lo que hemos terminado siendo, no es entre modelos de sociedad o ideologías, sino entre, por un lado, quienes luchan por principios que consideran verdades absolutas, verdades que ni se cuestionan ni se negocian y, por el otro, aquellos que defienden ideales políticos, no verdades reveladas, que se discuten y tramitan a través de procedimientos judiciales. El gran contraste no es ideológico sino ético, y por eso, más que saber cuál es el modelo de sociedad que queremos, lo que necesitamos es sosegarnos, encontrar arreglos emocionales más plácidos.
